#1337 [HHQ-1981] New Feature to have HQ checks to make sure a wind

My current server currently shares out 20 different shares for different departments. Just because the port is open doesn't necessarily mean that the shares exist and there isn't a specific service that controls the shares in 2003. Also Windows has internal admin shares that always exist so technically of I just monitor the port, the port would always be open.

New Feature request that actually checks to make sure the SHARE exists
