#1253 [HHQ-1975] Advance Settings for Metric Displays needs to re

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to any Resource type(Platform,Server,Services)


Go to Monitor tab


Click on Advance settings for Edit Metric Range

Actual Results:

Display Range settings popup is displayed top of the page and hide lot of data

For Groups

Display Range settings:TO date is outside of pop up
