#1176 [HHQ-1943] User with full permission on Platform is not able

Steps to Reproduce:

Create a Role with Full Platform Permission


Assign an User test and a Platform group to above role


Login as test


Click on Platfrom Resource


Go to Inventory tab


Click on Configuration Properties


Click Ok

Actual Results:
