#1077 [HHQ-1887] Ability to export dashboard portlets to other ins

Would like ability to save or export the dashboard view, particulary the portlet contents? For example, it would be nice to be able to dump the Favorites portlet contents from the HQ server and reload it say, to configure similar Dashboard views on other HQ server instances.
