#1073 [HHQ-185] MQ Series plugin requires MQ Java client

If the MQ Java client is not installed, HQ displays the following error:

"This resource is turned off or has not been configured properly.The problem is: Invalid configuration: Plugin error: Plugin class not found: com/ibm/mq/MQException (invalid classpath or corrupt plugin jar) Please turn on the server, or fix its Configuration Properties."

The MQ plugin should be able to provide a more useful error message.
