#1006 [HHQ-1857] When the creation of a resource yields an error,

When creating a service resource (activemq broker under activemq) and getting an error about that was due to a configuration problem with the activemq server. The error was legit, but it still created the broken servers AND took me back to the service entry screen. This is bad because it mixes behaviors of two different outcomes. If the error meant it would not create it, then show that entry screen again like it does, but since it does create it anyway, it should take you back to the page whence you came.
