#1 Error:You do not have access to any configured projects

Hi All,

Good Day!

All I see when I subscribe the Content Manager channel
is "You do not have access to any configured projects".

Im using uPortal 2.3.2, HyperContent 1.4, tomcat 4.x
and hsql.

The steps i have followed is as follows:
1. downloaded the uportal, hypercontent zip files
2. extracted it in the folder.
3. excuted the following ant comments:
ant hsql
ant initportal
ant dist
ant -buildfile build.xml
4. Logged in as admin.
5. clicked the preferences tool
6. created new tab, new column.
7. clicked the application, content manager tab for
subscription.

after this, im getting the error "You do not have access
to any configured projects".

Help would be appreciated.
