[Hypercontent-users] upload images

Hi,

When a author (doenst have approve rights) uploads an
image (gif/jpg) while uploading it looks allright, but
looks like it get uploaded with zero bytes. When I
browse to the uploaded image and click the image it
shows the URL instead of rendering the image.

When a administrator(or even I think approvers) does
the uploaded it get uploaded properly without no
issues.

How can we make the authors also successfully upload
the images.

Is there any reason behind this restriction.
