	I haven't tried installing HC 1.4 under uP 2.5, but I imagine it =

should work with a little tweaking.  I'd suggest you go ahead and try =20=

it out in a development instance and see if you can get it running.  =20
I'm not sure about the DB conversion tools for uP going from 2.1 to =20
2.5; if you can keep the groups and permissions data then user =20
privileges should be maintained.
