[Hypercontent-users] force comments

Hi Alex

I would like to force the user to add a comment on Save and Close.  It 
would make my life a lot easier when trying to find out what they have 
done wrong.  A lot us users just click OK and don't add anything.

Is there some code that I could change/add in version 1.4 to do this?
