Thanks for catching that error.  I cleaned up a few more bad 
content-type attributes, all my fault to begin with, and added an 
"ignore-directory" for "/manual/" so we don't get any publishing 
errors.  I zipped up the project with the fixes and posted it on the 
Wiki.
