The easiest way to reset your workflow data is to stop the server and 
manually delete the folder "/workflow-data/" in the repository for any 
project you want to reset (including the bootstrap if you want).  When 
you restart the server it will automatically re-create the necessary 
files under "/worfklow-data/" from scratch.  This will not have any 
effect on any of your data or configuration files, but will wipe out 
the complete workflow history for that project, including any 
approvals, zip files, etc.
