[Hypercontent-users] ftp access

Hi Alex

I have just setup a new site that is located on a server on our other 
campus.  I have everything setup correctly but it just says it can't 
find the directories when I build.  ftp access is subnet restricted but 
I had the sorted out.  It there anything else that they might need to do 
to make it work ?
