Hi Carl,
	Looks like a typo in your project definition.  In the declaration for  
the xml-doctype "/*/*/*/index.xml" you have

<include data="yes" metadata="no" source="sitemap.xml" />

when you probably want

<include data="yes" metadata="no" source="/sitemap.xml" />
