Hi Juris,
	If possible, I recommend that you use the IFileSystemManager API to 
store and retrieve files; that way you don't have to worry about how 
the implementation stores data.  The "data_file" contains the actual 
binary data in the local-editioning implementation.
	Are you integrating in v1.4 or 2.0?  I look forward to hearing about 
your experience.
