[Hypercontent-users] /uportal/ before links

Hi Alex

I have discovered a problem with links just before going live with the 
first two sites here at Hull.
If I create a link in a page ie. to  'file.html' and save the page.  
When editing that page and changing the link I notice that  /uportal/  
has been placed before the filename.
I can't find any settings that might be causing it.  Is there anything 
you can suggest ?
