I had the same problem too. The file system-def file in project
definitions had a mapping to the folder tomcat_5-0-18 instead of
tomcat_5-0-28. Check it out to see you have the right folders mapped.

It doesn't seem to be putting anything out to the log.

Do you have any idea what might be causing it?
