[Hypercontent-users] Add Quicktime as content type

Alex,
Would you add the following content type:

    <content-type type="video/quicktime" label="Quicktime Video" icon="media/edu/columbia/hypercontent/doc_blank.gif">
                <file-extension value="mov" preferred="true"/>
        <editor key="upload"/>
            <editor key="dublincore"/>
    </content-type>

I suspect there should be an entry for Flash too but I haven't tested that yet.
