Hi Carl, This may be related to the default processing that takes place when an image is added or edited; a thumbnail gets generated, which could cause issues in a low-memory situation, as the whole graphic has to be loaded into memory. You can control the channel timeout using the uPortal channel manager, but you may need to add memory to your JVM. How big is the graphic, what format is it, and how much memory do you have allocated to the JVM?
