[Hypercontent-users] New Project Button

There is no longer a "New" button for creating projects in the 
HyperContent Project Definitions project. Does anyone have any idea what 
happend to it, and how I can get it back?

I was logged in on a portal admin account, which I had used previously 
to created new projects.
