I'm looking into this - it used to be that you just had to click, 
rather than right-click, on IE to make it work.  The current version of 
IE seems to object even to this . . .

You can use the "Build Options" editor to hide a piece of content, of 
course that means saving an edit.

This will require a minor code tweak - I'll have a look at it.

You can use the "Upload Editor" to upload an individual file - you have 
to be in edit mode to accomplish this.  You can only upload zip files 
from the Details/Admin screen.
