HyperContent version 1.4 is now available for download at

Version 1.4 adds a new navigation management system, uPortal 2.3  
compatibility and fixes a few bugs.  Complete release notes are

The manual for version 1.4 now tops out at over 100 pages -  
comprehensive developer documentation is included.  The PDF version of  
the manual is included with the distribution, and is also available
