Version 0.2 versioned source code available

We added an svn repository and deposited the most recent CMake-based version V0.2 of the demo. It is cross-platform and works on MacOSX, Linux and Windows. Documentation has been improved and the code has been cleaned up. Further code cleanup is still in progress.
