Sorry for replying so late and thanks for your request! The current development is done entirely on GitHub: https://github.com/hydrogen-music/hydrogen/issues. You will also find a "Disccusion" board there, where new ideas can be discussed. Have fun using Hydrogen!
This issue tracker here at SourceForge is not used by us anymore, i will see if i can set it to "read only".
