#10 Global event editor

This would be like the pattern editor, but show the
complete song as a composite of all the patterns.
Useful for fine tuning the song, or simply viewing how
the patterns relate to one another.

Sub-Features off the top of my head:

Viewing
o zoomable
o autoscrolling with playback

Editing
o Add events
- I want an extra snare hit right here in the song.
No need
to create a new pattern, just add it to the global
editor
o Delete/Mute events
- I want to remove the snare hit in this section.
- negative events?
o Apply changes to pattern
- I really like that snare hit. Apply it to the all
instances
of the current pattern(s).
- useful for cut and paste between patterns?
o Create new pattern from selection
o Events are contained in "virtual" patterns in the
song editor for easy song arranging (copying/moving
groups of patterns)
