Let's try to install hydrobonnet on windows.

I have a fairly fresh Windows 7 intallation. I am pretty sure it does not even have python, but let's go in blind. I download the current binary windows installer, confusingly named hydrobonnet-0.0.3-Zubtsov.linux-x86_64.exe. This is what distutils does, but ultimately files need to be renamed by removing the word linux.
