It dynamically partitions downloads across multiple connections and independent mirror sources, continuously rebalancing work to maximize throughput without stalling on slow peers. It ships as both a wget/curl-compatible CLI and a cross-platform desktop download manager with browser integration.

you copied idm features to hydra and made it free which is good. but i found a bug in hydra. i chose single folder for all downloads like exe, zip, mp4 etc. then if i try to download any file, hydra says file already exists even though do not exist in my download folder. correct this bug.
