  The compile problem was my mistake! You can't compile STC library =
using=20
nmake -f makefile.vc FINAL=3D1
nmake -f makefile.vc WXMAKINGDLL=3D1 FINAL=3D1

  before compile
nmake -f makefile.vc WXUSINGDLL=3D1 FINAL=3D1
