#14 HWUT generator bugs

HWUT does not generate any values (even if other generator blocks are valid) and does not return a failure message if a descending range is given in the generator initialisation block. E.g. |31:1|;

HWUT does not generate the first and last value if a range like |5:255:10| is given the values 5 and 255 are not generated.

A minimal example is attached which is revealing this errors.
