#24 alert() -> go to contrib folder

Mischaracterization of Hwgui.
This function is not part of the main functions of hwgui.
It should stay on the same path as other hwgui extra features.
Unnecessary files have been created in the include folder.
The alert () function must be in the \ contrib\misc folder.

Addendum
This function alert() colide with many other function WVG, WVW... used via Hwgui LIB.
Change for hwg_alert()
