Yes, VS Code integration it's only one of the many plus that Git is 
offering versus SVN.

Of course, I'd try a quick import and the things are working smoothly. 
Just some omission due to the lack of corresponding email addresses of 
many contributors into GitHub accounts.

This way I'm using VS Code integration and some very interesting GitHub 
oriented extensions.

Now, waiting for Alexander decision, I'm searching for a comfortable way 
to automatically sync from SVN canonic HWGui repository to mine GitHub one.
