[*] Added fourth parameter to hwg_SelectFileEx() - logical bMulti, which allows multiply files selection
[*] hwg_Version(4) now returns 0 for winapi version and 1 for gtk.
[*] Few Debugger and Designer enhancements.
[!] Fixes, corrections.
