[Hwgui-developers] How to update an ownerbutton tooltip ?

Hi, I have a function to choose a department

A lot of buttons of the toolbars have a tooltip like this "Fonction 
("+cDepartment+")"

It works, but I'm not able to update the tooltips.

Is-it possible to do it ?
