Thank you, that's a big task. There are some variable names and 
constants in there that I have never understood even after many tries.

I have an old error where the browse gets out of sync with the 
underlying database, particularly when using a mouse wheel. So the line 
that is shown as the current line on the browse is not the same as the 
current line in the file.

If you notice anything that might cause that I would be very grateful to 
hear about it. The bug is still in my application but without the mouse 
wheel users seldom stumble into the problem (in fact they rarely use the 
browse as file maintenance is mainly done elsewhere).
