    I don't understand. What value shouldn't be changed ? Where is the 
combobox, which is mentioned in a subject ?
    BTW, as far as I remember, there must be ':=' in a codeblock:
{||qout(lDefaut),lDefaut:=noChange(cDepart,lDefaut),qout(lDefaut),oDefaut:Refresh}
