  Yes, really. I got it while checking why border doesn't displayed 
around the table cells in the editor ( utils/editor ) in GTK version. 
The reason was very simple - the borders thick is set in a dialog box 
via GET UPDOWN - and the variable wasn't updated.

  It's fixed now, and border is on the place, too.
