I have this:

     @ ID 1000 OBJECT ::oName COMBOBOX ITEMS ::aMgrs STYLE 
CBS_DROPDOWNLIST + WS_TABSTOP + WS_CHILD + WS_VISIBLE + WS_VSCROLL ;
             AT 74, 13 SIZE 60, 39

In the Ok handler I simply check:

::oName:text
