 Ok, I suggest the following: we stay on Sourceforge SVN, copy current code
as a branch 2_17 and upload the 2.16c as a main branch ( its files will
replace current ).
 The directory structure will be changed in accordance with our discussion
and this version will be 2.18.
 We will discuss here, which features of 2.17 should be added to 2.18.
