In install.txt you are to refer to hbmk.bat, but this file is absent in repo, what is this file?

To build samples with hbmk2 include hwgui.hbc as option, like hbmk2 hwgui.hbc a.prg, or add hwgui.hbc to hbp file.
I suggest to remove hwg_qhtm from hwgui.hbc, because it's not a base lib.
