[Hwgui-developers] commit.hb from Harbour

Hi!

I plan to borrowing the script (commit.hb) from Harbor, what it does - after changes run this script (hbrun commit.hb) and get all modified files in changelog. What must you do after this script, check files in changelog you modified, add a description about changes and put your name to the log entry.

What do you think about it?
