   * source/menu.prg
     * Minor change
   + image/WindowsXP.Manifest
     + resource file added for XP look support
   * samples/bld.bat
     * Changes to incorporate the image/WindowsXP.Manifest

   Just after reading the message in xHarbour newsgroup about absence
   of XP look in HwGUI :).
   This is a very simple trick. The samples/bld.bat creates now
   hwgui_xp.rc with the only line, linking to the
   image/WindowsXP.Manifest, and compiles it.
