   You have changed the CHARFORMAT structure to CHARFORMAT2. Does the
   using of CHARFORMAT really caused a GPF for you ? It worked Ok
   here, but now, with the CHARFORMAT2, the function doesn't work at
   all - see, for example, the sample/hello.prg: the "world" in the
   first richedit item should have red color ...
