The changes on question was provided by   Jose Algusto Junior, it can be

He was one os the Brazilian developers , Along with Sandro Freire and
Rodrigo Moreno(both now as hwgui developers, on that time they dont has cvs
access) so i commited the changes (before testing them all) for them
