Hi Alexey,
please tell me what kind of administrative tasks lacks on hwGUI project, 
what standard rules are broken and how I can do the job properly.
Personally I was absent for a long time but pending this period, apart 
some normal commits I don't remember so urgent requests by users.
The automatic messaging at the commit was solved by Culik, AFAIK.
If you refer to last commit by Culik causing the warning and documented 
in native language, i known about this in the same time I read your post.
Let me some time to amend.
If the tasks you are expecting will be compatible with my current job 
I'll do ASAP, otherwise I'll release without any problem my 
administrative rights to another user.
