Hi!

The method initbrw of hbrowse called twice (from method NEW, then from method INIT), and when call ::initbrw(,.T.) the alias() is empty, i can't find that place where workarea is changed. Who can look at this moment? Later i will check this situation at pure prg code.

Hi!

In attach code which create two database db1 and db2 and use two form. Open form start1.xml with browse for db1, press button "Dov", form dov.xml, with browse for db2, will open. Press "Exit", i would to know current alias in this moment, but alias() return empty string, why?
With hwgui 216a works ok.

[Hwgui-developers] dialog and WS_SIZEBOX

The size (nHeight) of form was changed after open it in designer, i wrote about it some years ago (not remember when). The problem is nHeight = nHeight - 4 after openning the form in designer (f.e. in xml nHeight is 371, after open nHeight is 367). If remove from init dialog ... style WS_SIZEBOX (hformgen.prg), all work fine. I'm adding this style (WS_SIZEBOX) to init dialog in pure prg code - odlg:nheight decreases.

How it should work and how to fix it?

  IMO, we should change parameters order in samples. You see, there was
opposite order in similar Eval() calls in HTAB code, this wasn't normal.
There is still the opposite order in Eval() calls for :bGetFocus ( see the
lines 621 and 752 ) and for other codeblocks. I didn't fix this, because I
have a strong desire to move all this to something like HTABEX and replace
current HTAB with an old, simple and clean code from 2.16. Let those who
need current implementation, puzzle out it, using HTABEX.

But in this case we have to change another instance of Eval( ::bChange )

  No, this is something, what is called "dirty hack", or "zalipuha" on 
Russian :). We need a more clean way.

The work goes on, Alexander come back, he will need more time to rework and clean the core. But you can use old version of hwgui (look at http://kresin.belgorod.su/hwgui.html), which adapted for current harbour.

Problem in richedit control with ES_MULTILINE, look the code below

If remove the "style ES_MULTILINE" or some else style in richedit but w/o ES_MULTILINE, all fine

Looks like comboboxex ... check {} doesn't work or how to select any value? (tested on hwgui\samples\get\testget1.prg)
