#180 Linux : GLIB/GDK error since r3839

Hi,

As said to Alexander there is a few time, I have errors using revisions since 3439. It works correctly for 3438 and before.

After building (all builds correctly -> 3450) and trying the revisions , they failde from 3439 and after.

I give an prg (hwmake) where I tried some things. If I comment all the lines in the window, it doesn't fail.
This prg works correctly with 3438 and before.

Joined too : the GLIB/GDK error message.

Oups .. I forget the prg (Error with window line 502)

All the lines and ON ACTIVATE are commented to make it not to crash

Alain, the hwmake.prg, which you provided, demands a number of other files to be compiled:
hb_rev.ch, hb_bits.ch, hwgui_rev.ch, qcolor.ch, memvar.prg, public.prg.

Could you create a small self-contained sample file, which doesn't work after release 3439?

Hi, here is a cleared version which has been build with r3438 and r3439

Unzipping the file will create a folder 3439 in which you will find a 3438 build and a 3439 build.

They must been launched from a terminal.

Without a parameter, it will display the window with controls. It works with 3438 build, and crashes with 3439 build. You will see the messages in the terminal.

If you add a parameter (just a character for example) with it then works wih 3439 build.
