#66 MSGED dont change attr if ext.editor use

I noticed that if I write a netmail and save it, then decide
to change the attributes of the message, eg. from
Normal to Crash, then Msged calls the external editor,
but I don't save the text, on returning Msged will tell me
the message was aborted, and ignore my attribute
change.

This is quite old; will need to verify if the issue is still present and/or has already been resolved.
