hunspell -t marks the last word in a TeX quotation as a spelling error;try:
``No, not really'', he said
``Yes,'' he said
It seems for me a character encoding problem, spell checking UTF-8 encoded apostrophes in a 8-bit environment. Maybe the option
The -i UTF-8 doesn't help.
And my file contains only ASCII characters.
My hunspell version:
