#26 Scrolling problems

When I hit the up or down key, the document scrolls up
or down as it is supposed to, but only a limited
amount. When I hit up, it eventually stops scrolling
when the previous line is a newline, when I hit down,
it keeps scrolling when the next line is a newline, but
it does not display any text after the newline.
