#22 Problems with Spec v63

While reading through the specification, I noticed the following problems:

Tab sybmol description - should say "(to the left in right-to-left languages)"
REDO - Why would document be empty when there's no undos left to redo? Shouldn't this be the other way around -- Document empty when there's nothing left to undo?
Set Tabs - Says that user selects text, then selects list and issues command. Then says that selection 1 is the list and selection 0 is the text. One of these is wrong.
No paragraph break between DO command and LEAP commands.
No way described to specify the subject for an email.
